Media Coverage of the blueFROG Club
Journalists, press photographers and TV/Radio/Internet channels (”the Media”) are welcome to cover the blueFROG Club in accordance with these terms of engagement:
- To cover the blueFROG Club before evening opening hours, please take prior permission from a blueFROG PR rep.
- Coverage of the evening’s band during their setup/soundcheck (usually 4-7pm) is dependent on permission from the band. Generally interviews are conducted immediately after soundcheck. For any scheduling, contact the blueFROG PR rep. If you would like to cover the evening’s band, you need to await permission from the band, communicated to you via blueFROG.
- All Media personnel must be accompanied by a blueFROG rep for the duration of the shoot/interview.
- Media personnel are requested to present valid photo ID to their blueFROG rep and any blueFROG staff that may ask to see it.
- To cover the blueFROG Club during public opening hours (7pm-close), you must take prior permission from a blueFROG PR rep.
- Subject matter of the coverage must be communicated in advance to blueFROG so that appropriate permissions (bands/artists/guests) can be obtained and cleared.
- blueFROG cares about the comfort and privacy of its clientele. The subject matter of media coverage should focus on the music, food & beverage and the space & architecture of the blueFROG Club.
- One-on-one guest interviews/photographs are not permitted without prior permission from both blueFROG & the guest themselves.
- All photo & video shooting during opening hours must be done with available ambient lighting of the blueFROG Club. No flash photography or other external lighting is permitted.
- Photo & video coverage of an artist during live performances is restricted to the first two songs played by the band. After this, no further coverage is permitted.
- If members of the media wish to stay on at the venue after their allotted coverage time is complete, they are welcome do so by their own choice and on their own account. All recording equipment must be turned off and put away from this point until the end of the evening.
